After a 3-year phase-in period that began on November 4, 2009 under newly-adopted interim rules, the LSRP program reached full implementation on May 7, 2012. As of that date, all remediating parties are required to retain a LSRP and remediate their sites, including sites that initiated cleanup prior to the phase-in period. The Administrative Requirements for the Remediation of Contaminated Sites (ARRCS) rule establishes timeframes by which various activities that comprise site remediation must be completed.
ENVISION has been providing LSRP services since the very beginning of the LSRP program. With a history of New Jersey site remediation services dating back to 1997, and staff with more than 25 years of experience and familiarity with New Jersey environmental regulation, ENVISION is positioned to bring our clients’ sites to closure in a timely and cost-effective manner, while meeting NJDEP requirements.
